Openterface Mini-KVM is a compact laptop KVM console adapter designed for local device control, BIOS access, headless computer setup, and IT troubleshooting. Connect the Mini-KVM between your host computer and the target device using HDMI and USB. Your host computer becomes a portable console, allowing you to view the target screen and control it with keyboard and mouse input. Unlike remote desktop tools, Mini-KVM is designed for direct local control. It does not require Wi-Fi, network access, or software installation on the target device. This makes it useful for BIOS setup, OS installation, recovery work, Raspberry Pi projects, mini PC troubleshooting, embedded development, and headless server maintenance. Mini-KVM supports HDMI video input, USB HID keyboard and mouse control, HDMI embedded audio, text transfer by simulated keystrokes, and a switchable USB 2.0 port for sharing USB devices. Please note: Host app installation is required on the host computer. The target device does not require software installation.
