1. Securing Screws

- 2 × M2.5*9+6 copper standoffs – to secure the Raspberry Pi
- 4 × M2.5*7 hex-head screws – to secure the printed outer casing
- 2 × M2.5*6 flat-head crosshead screws – to secure the UPS power board
Step 1: Attach the Raspberry Pi Board

Install 2 × M2.5*9+6 copper standoffs to secure the Raspberry Pi board to the metal heat-dissipation enclosure.
Step 2: Secure the UPS Power Board

Use 2 × M2.5*6 flat-head crosshead screws to attach the UPS power board to the 3D-printed battery compartment enclosure.
Step 3: Install the Orange Printed Button

Fit the orange printed button into the top-right corner of the battery compartment enclosure.
Step 4: Align and Combine the Enclosures

With the terminal connectors facing upwards on the same side, align and combine the left and right enclosures. Take care to match the UPS power pogo pins with the pins on the underside of the Raspberry Pi to avoid short-circuiting.
Step 5: Secure the Battery Compartment Enclosure

Finally, use 4 × M2.5*7 hex-head screws to fasten the battery compartment enclosure.
